Circus Challenge yourself... Welcome to the National Centre for Circus Arts’ #30DayCircusChallenge – join our short, daily challenges to help increase your strength, fitness, balance and coordination with a side of circus fun. All the challenges are suitable for beginners – with some more advanced options available if you want to take things further. We’ve used a combination of standalone challenges and themes that will repeat each week to build up to circus skills like juggling and handstands.
