First came Guavaberry (Rum) the National Liqueur of Dutch and French St. Martin. Then came a range of exotic fruit liqueurs, mango, lime, island orange, passion fruit etc.

Guavaberry is the legendary folk liqueur of St. Maarten, first made here centuries ago in private homes. The aged liqueur has a woody, fruity, spicy, bitter-sweet flavour all of its own.
